Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,610 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Neuropilin signaling pathway, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with LTBP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP1 results are reported.
