Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTB4R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,837 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTB4R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HYOU1, GGA1, and KBTBD11. Each is linked with LTB4R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTB4R-to-partner and partner-to-LTB4R results are reported.
