Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTA4H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,854 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTA4H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA5, UBE2N, and GFPT1. Each is linked with LTA4H in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTA4H-to-partner and partner-to-LTA4H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTA4H versus HSPA5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTA4H→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTA4H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
