Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTA4H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,599 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTA4H-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR2, IGSF6, and DPEP2. Each is linked with LTA4H in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTA4H-to-partner and partner-to-LTA4H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTA4H versus CCR2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTA4H→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTA4H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
