LSR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,158 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hematopoietic stem cell migration, Cell differentiation involved in embryonic placenta development, and Cardiac muscle cell-cardiac muscle cell adhesion. Each is linked with LSR in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSR-to-partner and partner-to-LSR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Hematopoietic stem cell migration grouped by LSR-low versus LSR-high in READ.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
