Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,359 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSR-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTK, PDE1B, and KLHL6. Each is linked with LSR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSR-to-partner and partner-to-LSR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSR versus BTK in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
