Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4662B, RNU6-1089P, and RNU6-176P. Each is linked with LSR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSR-to-partner and partner-to-LSR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4662B grouped by LSR-low versus LSR-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
