Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSR-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FoxM1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with LSR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSR-to-partner and partner-to-LSR results are reported.
