Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,227 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, and Response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with LSR in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSR-to-partner and partner-to-LSR results are reported.
