LSR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSR-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY1, OR10K2, and PABPC1L2A. Each is linked with LSR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSR-to-partner and partner-to-LSR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSFY1 grouped by LSR-low versus LSR-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
