LSP1P4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSP1P4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSP1P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT3P1, FAM27B, and MIR1298. Each is linked with LSP1P4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSP1P4-to-partner and partner-to-LSP1P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT3P1 grouped by LSP1P4-low versus LSP1P4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSP1P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSP1P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
