LSP1P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSP1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,772 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSP1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-containing complex disassembly, Rac protein signal transduction, and Receptor internalization. Each is linked with LSP1P3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSP1P3-to-partner and partner-to-LSP1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein-containing complex disassembly grouped by LSP1P3-low versus LSP1P3-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSP1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSP1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
