Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LSP1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LSP1P3 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LSP1P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LSP1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and READ show a favorable association.
KICH, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where LSP1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
