Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSP1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,078 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSP1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell projection assembly, Obsolete selective autophagy, and Negative regulation of autophagy. Each is linked with LSP1P2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSP1P2-to-partner and partner-to-LSP1P2 results are reported.
