Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LSP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LSP1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher LSP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LSP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, LUAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where LSP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
