Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,695 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WDFY4, and WIPF1. Each is linked with LSP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSP1-to-partner and partner-to-LSP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSP1 versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
