LSP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,954 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR2C2AP, RABL6, and RNA5SP463. Each is linked with LSP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSP1-to-partner and partner-to-LSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NR2C2AP grouped by LSP1-low versus LSP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
