LSP1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with LSP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSP1-to-partner and partner-to-LSP1 results are reported.
