LSP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,485 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR33, TNNT3, and SPON2. Each is linked with LSP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSP1-to-partner and partner-to-LSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSP1 versus PRR33 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
