Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,545 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance, Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with LSP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSP1-to-partner and partner-to-LSP1 results are reported.
