Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8A1, OR8B8, and OR8B2. Each is linked with LSP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSP1-to-partner and partner-to-LSP1 results are reported.
