Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSMEM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,619 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSMEM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COPB1, PHRF1_S814, and RPL5. Each is linked with LSMEM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSMEM2-to-partner and partner-to-LSMEM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSMEM2 versus COPB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSMEM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSMEM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
