LSMEM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSMEM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSMEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02662, MIR6082, and YWHAQP1. Each is linked with LSMEM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSMEM1-to-partner and partner-to-LSMEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02662 grouped by LSMEM1-low versus LSMEM1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSMEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSMEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
