Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSMEM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,569 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSMEM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Taurine biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of translational initiation, and Alkanesulfonate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with LSMEM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSMEM1-to-partner and partner-to-LSMEM1 results are reported.
