LSM6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,449 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, UHRF1, and GMPPA. Each is linked with LSM6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM6-to-partner and partner-to-LSM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM6 versus HPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
