LSM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR520A, YME1L1P1, and IL21. Each is linked with LSM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM6-to-partner and partner-to-LSM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR520A grouped by LSM6-low versus LSM6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
