Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM6 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem and CD4+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with LSM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM6-to-partner and partner-to-LSM6 results are reported.
