Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,603 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, CEACAM3, and CXCR2. Each is linked with LSM4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM4-to-partner and partner-to-LSM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM4 versus CSF3R in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
