Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP68, MIR6509, and MIR6775. Each is linked with LSM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM4-to-partner and partner-to-LSM4 results are reported.
