Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,498 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic chromosome condensation, Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication, and Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with LSM4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM4-to-partner and partner-to-LSM4 results are reported.
