LSM1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,555 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H3, PALLD_S972, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with LSM1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM1P1-to-partner and partner-to-LSM1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM1P1 versus P3H3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
