LSM14A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM14A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,326 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF507, UBA2, and CEBPG. Each is linked with LSM14A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM14A-to-partner and partner-to-LSM14A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM14A versus ZNF507 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
