Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LSM12P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LSM12P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LSM12P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LSM12P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and COAD show a favorable association.

KICH, UVM, and PAAD are the cancer types where LSM12P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
