The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LSM12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LSM12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP are the cancer types where LSM12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
