Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LSM12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KPNB1, PSME3, and RMDN2. Each is linked with LSM12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM12-to-partner and partner-to-LSM12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM12 versus KPNB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
