LSM12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Smac. Each is linked with LSM12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM12-to-partner and partner-to-LSM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Myosin-IIa grouped by LSM12-low versus LSM12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
