Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSM12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,577 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, DNA replication, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with LSM12 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM12-to-partner and partner-to-LSM12 results are reported.
