LSM11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,480 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBN1, UBR7, and USO1. Each is linked with LSM11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM11-to-partner and partner-to-LSM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM11 versus DBN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
