LSM11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,795 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-8P, RNU1-17P, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with LSM11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM11-to-partner and partner-to-LSM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-8P grouped by LSM11-low versus LSM11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
