Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LSM10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LSM10 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LSM10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LSM10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LUSC, and STAD are the cancer types where LSM10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
