LSM10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,813 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, ADGRL2, and MAGEC1. Each is linked with LSM10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM10-to-partner and partner-to-LSM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by LSM10-low versus LSM10-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
