Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LSAMP mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LSAMP data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LSAMP mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LSAMP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where LSAMP mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
