LSAMP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSAMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,415 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSAMP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYSL2, PPM1F, and TMEM119. Each is linked with LSAMP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSAMP-to-partner and partner-to-LSAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
