LSAMP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSAMP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,603 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRFN5, MOXD1, and ASPA. Each is linked with LSAMP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSAMP-to-partner and partner-to-LSAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
