LRWD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRWD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,313 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC2, UCK2, and USP21. Each is linked with LRWD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRWD1-to-partner and partner-to-LRWD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRWD1 versus DNAJC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRWD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRWD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
