LRRTM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRTM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,607 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRTM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THY1, PTBP2, and CAP2. Each is linked with LRRTM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRTM4 versus THY1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRTM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRTM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
