Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRTM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,138 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRTM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, SNRPD3, and GRK3. Each is linked with LRRTM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM4 results are reported.
