Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRTM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 750 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRTM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Formaldehyde metabolic process, Negative regulation of T-helper 1 type immune response, and DNA conformation change. Each is linked with LRRTM4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM4 results are reported.
