LRRTM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRTM4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,971 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRTM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN8A, RBM20, and HOXD3. Each is linked with LRRTM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCN8A grouped by LRRTM4-low versus LRRTM4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRTM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRTM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
