LRRTM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRTM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,386 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRTM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1_S68, AMPD3_S85, and WBP1L_S173. Each is linked with LRRTM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRTM2 versus RCSD1_S68 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
